Give your experience on unsolicited phone text messages.
Currently, Uganda does not have legislation for phone spam, do we need a new law for this or can we expand the current computer misuse bill to cover it?

The Sessional Committee of Parliament on ICT will be receiving and considering views on the the Cyber Bills, namely
i) The Electronic Signatures Bill, 2008
ii) The Computer Misuse Bill, 2008
iii) The Electronic Transactions Bill, 2008
