Customer Care contacts' information for Telecom Providers in Uganda
In the recent weeks, a number of members on the I-Network mailing list have had trouble accessing helplines for telecom service providers. As a way of reducing the number of requests on the list for customer care help, contact information in the public domain for 5 Telelcom providers has been provided below.

I-Network encourages members of the list to contact the customer care desks for their telecom providers to find redress for their problems. If this fails, members should contact Uganda Communications Commission Consumers Affairs desk whose information is also provided and finally members can also contact the Uganda ICT Consumer Protection Association for more help.

Only when all these procedures have not yielded results should a member then share their experiences on the I-Network mailing list.
