17 November 2009 Last week, ICT stakeholders met with the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of ICT to discuss mechanisms that shall allow stakeholders dialogue with the ministry. One of the agreed mechanisms mandates I-Network to collect issues from ICT stakeholders and give these to the ministry to look into and provide answers and or positions on the issues raised.
